REAL ESTATE AND PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES
The 2023 tax statements have been sent. If you don’t receive yours, please contact the Treasurer’s Office.
If you have an escrow account, you still receive your statements. Copies of your statements are not sent to the lender, but they usually contact us for the amount.
Please make sure you do not pay if your lender is paying it. We try our hardest to pair up statements for our customers, however this is a courtesy and not a guarantee that all your taxes are accounted for. Please look over your statements and make sure they are all there.
If you have not paid your 2021 or prior year taxes, please contact our office for interest amount by calling 402-376-1580 or email treasurer@cherrycountyne.gov.
For your convenience, you may pay online at https://nto.us/ which will give you current tax information, current balance and make payments under the Treasurer’s tab.
Please include your tax statement stub with payment so that we can process correctly.
